As a Secure Detention Mental Health Specialist(Clinician) you will be responsible for using evidence based treatment modalities and assessment tools to be used by the court and to develop a behavioral management plan for youth in care. The goal of the position is to implement clinical treatment plans by facilitating case management services, individual and / or family counseling sessions.

Job Description :
- Demonstrated ability to implement evidence based clinical models
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills including ability to listen, act as a role model, and ability to build therapeutic relationships, working effectively one on one with individual youth and their families
- Demonstrated decision-making, organizational and communication skills, both oral and written, including attention to detail
- Ability to work with an culturally and economically diverse population; must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme discretion with demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA regulations

The salary ranges from $67,5000 to $76,000 per year.
