Job Description
As a Non-Secure Per Diem Counselor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive development of at-risk youth in our short-term residential detention facility. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, providing a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment, and working collaboratively with leadership to address any concerns and support the facility's mission.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: High School or better
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience working with youth and families; Associates Degree can be substituted for the 1-year experience (Human Services for related field)
- Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with economically and culturally diverse population
