Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer, this role will align workforce initiatives with organizational goals, fostering innovation and a diversity, equity, and inclusion culture. This role will develop frameworks integrating business principles into workforce planning and talent development, ensuring strategic workforce programs supporting measurable business performance. Leads cross-functional collaboration to embed these principles within a matrixed structure, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
Will oversee daily operations to ensure the effective execution of critical outcomes, driving organizational transformation, and fostering a culture of inclusion.
Create and implement a unified internal communication strategy that highlights the organization's commitment to inclusion and diversity, ensuring clear, impactful messaging that aligns with company values and engages employees at all levels to support diversity initiatives actively.
Supports the development of diversity, equity and inclusion programs for people leaders, equipping them with strategies to enhance workforce and dedicated team performance.
Collaborate with leadership development offerings to integrate critical inclusion principles into management preparedness learnings.
Create metrics and frameworks to measure and analyze equity-related data, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Monitor ongoing risks to identify talent acquisition, retention, and career advancement challenges, recommending process refinements to mitigate risks and support internal and external talent progression.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to create scalable talent development pathways that provide equal access to growth opportunities for all employees aligned with business goals.
Provide leadership to the new Inclusion Centers of Excellence innovation lab focused on advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Collaborate with dedicated teams to test and refine approaches, gather insights, and scale successful initiatives to meet business goals and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Lead the development and execution of a human potential strategy, integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion to optimize workforce performance. Use data and metrics to assess the impact of inclusion initiatives on engagement, experience, and retention to organizational success. Maximize functions of employee programs prioritizing well-being and professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer insights, leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance decision-making and improve services.
Evaluate the effectiveness of diversity-focused learning initiatives and adjust strategies to address the evolving needs of the workforce.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field. (Typically, four years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor's degree.)
Eight years of leadership experience in workforce development, business consultancy, or strategic planning, with a proven ability to drive business outcomes through talent management and organizational strategy.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
The ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workforce strategies that achieve business goals.
Proven track record of driving measurable results through data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to inform and refine business and workforce strategies.
Leadership skills with a focus on fostering collaboration, influencing senior leaders, and driving high performance in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Data and analytical skills to assess the impact of inclusion initiatives and drive strategic decision-making.
Demonstrated experience designing learning initiatives and developing diverse recruitment strategies to empower and support a global workforce.
