Responsibilities
- Oversee Company’s Learning & Development department.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify the company’s training needs and learning objectives.
- Plan, design, implement and manage L&D training programs.
- Evaluate effectiveness of L&D programs and use evaluation data to recommend changes.
- Regularly shadows department trainers to identify training needs and to help keep training consistent.
- Review company trainer performance and recommend improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation method.
- Direct oversight and training of department instructors.
- Help develop an e-learning and LMS platform.
- Coordinate and be accountable for yearly compliance trainings.
Qualifications

- Must possess up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organization learning.
- Strong instructional and curriculum design skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and innovative approach to training.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
- Proficiency is designing effective learning experiences using various methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.
- Understanding of current trends in L&D such as microlearning and gamification.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or another related field.
- 8-12 years’ experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Strong knowledge of training evaluation techniques and metrics.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLC), Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), Learning and Performance Institute Certifications (LPI), etc.
