• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Backlog Management: Work with the Data product manager to manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and up to date.
• Agile/Scrum: Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum quality standards for deliverables at the end of each sprint.
• Process Improvement: Continually evaluate the team's Agile practices and processes and propose improvements as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging communication between team members.
• Problem-solving: Resolve impediments, find solutions to keep team on track
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report progress to stakeholders and upper management through automation and customization of the Azure ADO
• Data Product Management: Understand the Data Product Lifecycle and support during discovery, development, deployment & maintenance phase.
• ADO Management: Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking work items.
• Change Management: Help Data Product Teams adapt to changes effectively.

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a data-focused environment.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Understanding of data product management principles.
• Ability to identify dependencies and solve associated problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
