Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in our "boutique" Kennett Square, PA, with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting clients, showing properties, negotiating sales contracts, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process. Daily tasks will include maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, creating marketing materials, and attending open houses and property inspections.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build client relationships
- Experience with sales techniques and knowledge of real estate market trends
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
