Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Data entry and database management
- Providing support to real estate agents and clients
- Performing various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $33,000 - $38,000 per year. Please note that this position does not include insurance benefits.
