GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The receptionist/processor is responsible for managing all aspects of customer/agent service at the front desk. They handle documentation and inputting data throughout numerous agent transactions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Answering and directing phone calls, as well as greeting clients and agents at the front.
· Maintaining digital files for listings, pending sales and closings; and reviewing documents for completeness, compliance & accuracy.
· Inputting new listings into MLS and making changes on existing listings when requested by agents.
· Processing documents and changing the statuses of listings when they are pending.
· Processing documents and transaction rooms for buyer pendings.
· Maintaining weekly and monthly production reports for the Seymour and Columbus offices.
· Update digital sign as needed.
· Take photos around the office during events, sales meetings, etc. for the Seymour Office FB page; send photos and other post requests to marketing to add to the page.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
· Ordering office supplies and maintaining a balanced stock of supplies.
· Various administrative duties as assigned by managers.
· Maintain a clean workspace and front desk area. Assist with minor upkeep of office.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
