Job Summary
Our ideal candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. They would manage listings and assist the Broker-in-Charge with the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Support and assist the sales team of REALTORS
- Keep track of all transaction documents
- Review paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle clerical duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
- Oversee important deadlines
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, dedicated, and highly detail-oriented. Our expectation is for them to conduct business with loyalty and integrity. Knowledge of social media marketing and maintaining databases is a plus.
