Job Summary
Berkshire Hathaway HomeSerrvices Michigan Real Estate is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to support our real estate brokerage’s marketing efforts. This role will focus on social media, email marketing, print materials, and event promotion. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation and comfortable working with both the brokerage and individual agents to develop engaging marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events (open houses, community events, etc.).
- Develop marketing materials for both the brokerage and agents.
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and .
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure goals are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experieence)
- Strong editing and writing skills for social media posts, emails and print materials
- Experience using social media management tools and email marketing platforms(e.g, Mailchip, Constant Contact).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns
