Seeking to fill an on call, part time administrative position at our Grand Rapids region that would be available to work on call to cover for vacations, PTO for staff as needed. The Office Administrator would be needed to cover between our 3 office locations in Northeast and South Grand Rapids. Responsibilities include managing a busy campus lobby using strong customer service skills Special projects may be requested by management or corporate departments as needed.
The Office Administrator will also manage housekeeping items such as coffee, mail distribution, kitchenette stocking/supplies, lobby TV/music, etc.
Must present a professional appearance and be willing to work on an as needed basis.
