Main Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the budgeting process, ensuring financial goals are met and reporting any significant variances to senior management.
- Drive the company's financial planning by analyzing performance and risks; develop and implement financial strategies to ensure profitability and growth.
- Prepare, review, and present detailed financial reports to upper management and stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in financial management.
