The primary functions of this role are to execute established Imaging & Analytical methods to enable and accelerate R&D initiatives and resolve technical challenges; recommend and contribute to the optimization / modification of existing Analytical and Imaging methods and processes and establishment of new ones to meet evolving R&D needs and over time develop understanding of chemistries, materials and process transformations to create greater value and / or eliminate wasted effort / cost.
Responsibilities
- Without supervision the incumbent must be proficient in :
- ability to perform execution of established Analytical and Imaging methods to achieve desired goals or results.
- performing against multiple projects in parallel.
- mentoring junior employees on activities execution to exploit new skills and ways of thinking.
- proficient in analyses of data to uncover new findings from R&D work.
Functionally trains junior employees.
