Job Description

Job Title : Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Job Specialty : General Surgery

Job Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day - 5x8 - 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Guaranteed Hours : 40 Hours Per Week

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of current CST experience required

License : Must have an NBSTSA certification (Equivalent Certifications not accepted)

Certifications : BLS (AHA), NBSTSA

Must-Have :

Traveler must have their own vehicle
Willingness to take on-call as per rotation
Availability for every other weekend / holiday coverage if needed

Job Description :

Shift accommodation requests will not be considered (block schedule).

COVID vaccination (dose date on or after 10 / 3 / 23) is now required.

Exemption forms are available and require Provider / Religious Leader signatures. Approval will require wearing a mask at all times on site.

Flu declinations will not be considered.

Two specific interview dates / times of availability must be included in the profile (the term anytime will not be accepted).

Local travelers residing within certain proximities will not be considered.

Facility-provided scrubs should be worn according to the dress code.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted at the time of upload.

No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

An 8-hour orientation is required but non-billable.

Profile requirements include work history, a skills checklist pertinent to the position (current within 1 year), one supervisory signed reference, and proof of license / certifications.
