Job Summary
The Director Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership to all clinical staff and related services to assure efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations. The Director Clinical Services serves as a change agent to streamline services and promote excellence in care by providing staff with support, mentoring, coaching and supervision. The Director Clinical Services works under the direction of the Administrative Director BVNA and works collaboratively with the staff, other leaders within the agency and the Community Health Division, and throughout Berkshire Health Systems.
Experience
- Five years of progressive and versatile nursing and management experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, problem solving, team building, budgeting and coaching.
- Knowledge of home care operations preferred.
- Experience in preparing, monitoring and enforcing budgets and staffing patterns.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field preferred.
License & Certifications
- RN License - Currently licensed as an RN in Massachusetts
- DRIVER - Driver's License
Additional Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills in relating with all types of colleagues and customers in stressful situations.
- Current knowledge of all homecare regulatory requirements and demonstrated expertise in implementing quality systems to meet these regulations preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously on an executive level and to exercise independent judgment.

- 8am -4:30pm
Education
Required- Bachelors or better in Nursing
