Job Summary
Responsible for managing the acquisition and distribution of products, parts, services, and commodities (PPSC) for nutrition and food service.
Experience
- A minimum of one years' experience in foodservice operations.
Education
- Body of knowledge associated with high school diploma is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis.
- Some additional specialized coursework such as inventory control, material transportation, logistics, basic business/accounting courses and communications.
License & Certifications
- Drivers License.
Additional Requirements
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft office, periodically maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 5:30am-2:00pm
- Rotating Holiday
- Rotating Weekends
