COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10 / 3 / 23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.

Completing birth certificates and fetal death certificates on BMC Birthing Unit.

Service Unit Administratively and perform secretarial duties.

Job Requirements

3 years current experience as office registrar

MA NOTARY REQUIRED (MUST BE BONDED / INSURED!)

HS graduate or GED

Ability to effectively interact with patients, families, other health care providers required.

Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple job tasks on a daily basis to meet the needs of the department required.

Knowledge of medical terminology required.

Valid Driver License required for this need.

Schedule Information

This is a PART-TIME need.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES / TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO TRIO / PROFILE.

Unit Specific Information

Will service Birthing Unit Administratively - Will process Birth Certificates.

Additional Details

Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision / assistance.

Ability to comprehend, speak and write the English language.

Knowledge of Meditech / Excel & Word preferred.

Must possess sight / hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately.

Salary : $1,235
