Job Details
COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10 / 3 / 23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM.
Responsible for the timely and accurate verification of all medication orders and safely prepares medications and other pharmaceuticals for dispensing to patients of BMC, its clinics and all eligible employees.
Researches, educates and communicates drug information to physicians, house staff, nurses, other healthcare providers and patients / families.
Knowledgeable of automated medication dispensing process / reports and adheres to all applicable departmental and hospital policies / procedures.
Job Requirements
3 years extensive acute care clinical experience
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college or pharmacy.
Experience with computer operations, unit dose drug dispensing systems, IV admixture and parenteral chemotherapy admixture experience preferred.
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy.
Must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.
License / Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile.

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
8hrs non-billable orientation
SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (10 / 12HR).
DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER WHO WILL NOT WORK VARIED SHIFTS AS NEEDED.
