SOCIAL WORKER FOR THIS NEED WILL BE TRAINED TO DO FACILITY CRISIS EVALUATIONS IN THE ED / ER.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 Plus Years of Psych Experience - Required
MUST BE A LICENSED, INDEPENDENT CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LISCW)
Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required
Supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment - Required
De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI / Welle Certifications - Required

AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES / TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
RTO during this block will not be approved.
