- The Social Worker must have a bachelor’s degree in social work from a Council on Social Education accredited program or related degree with a minimum of 2 years in casework preferred.
- Must also have experience in long-term care/skilled nursing social work.
The Social Worker supports residents and their families by addressing emotional, social, and financial needs. They develop care plans, coordinate with healthcare teams, and advocate for residents' rights and well-being throughout their stay.
