Job Summary:
As a Route Service Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering our products and servicing customers within a defined geographic area. You will operate a larger delivery truck (22-28 feet), ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations while providing outstanding service to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver a range of spring water products and manage customer inventory.
- Safely operate a delivery truck (22-28 feet) while adhering to all road laws and safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks daily, using handheld devices for inventory control and billing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs effectively.
- Recommend new products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle additional customer requests within your route during the day.
What We Seek in Applicants:
- Must live within 30 minutes of Southfield, MA.
- 3 years of professional customer interaction experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL-B preferred.
- Ability to drive a 22-28 foot truck.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, daily.
- Must pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screening.

Pay: $58,015.00 - $60,581.00 per year
