Position Overview : Secure-A-Home, Inc. (SAH, Inc.) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Central Monitoring Service Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting both our accounting functions and monitoring operations. You'll be the welcoming voice on the phone, a key resource for accurate financial processing, and an integral part of our customer service experience.Key Responsibilities : Phone ReceptionReceive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.General AccountingMaintain up-to-date customer information and set up new customers and jobs in the system.Reconcile company bank accounts and perform general journal entries.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial processing.Accounts PayableProcess bill payments, print checks, and ensure timely processing.Track vendor EFT payments and monitor expenses.Prepare and submit PA sales / use tax reports on a quarterly basis.Monitoring Duties : Gather and enter customer information to set up new online accounts for monitoring services.Coordinate closely with the central monitoring team to ensure accounts are accurately configured and maintained.Assist customers with questions regarding account creation and system monitoring services.Additional DutiesCreate and update Word and Excel documents.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts.
