Who We’re Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented team member to support our Operations Department. This role plays a key part in driving project success by working closely with Project Managers and Technicians on active projects.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings with Project Managers and Technicians.
- Lead weekly check-ins with Project Managers to monitor progress, set priorities, and address any challenges.
- Communicate project issues and resolutions clearly and professionally to all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets tracking contracts, billing, labor hours, and personnel assignments.
- Review billing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls for key processes within each project.

Requirements
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with web-based applications is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- A commitment to follow through on assignments and see projects to successful completion.
