Responsibilities include helping students board and exit the bus, maintaining order and discipline, assisting with special needs students, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The aide communicates effectively with students and parents, fostering a positive and safe environment throughout the bus ride.Job Description : School Bus Driver (Previous Experience Preferred)We are currently hiring school bus drivers with a class A, B, or C Commercial Drivers License (CDL). Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements are required on your CDL license to drive a school vehicle in NJ. If you do not have a CDL or P & S endorsements, our organization will help you obtain your certifications. Our fleet includes 7 passenger mini vans that are familiar to drivers of all backgrounds, wheelchair accessible vans, and 16 passenger school buses.
