A Service Porter is responsible for safely and promptly moving cars to desired destinations. Maintain a clean, well-organized parking lot. Assist the Customer Service Managers and Sales Managers as needed.

A Service Porter is responsible for safely and promptly moving cars to desired destinations. Maintain a clean, well-organized parking lot. Assist the Customer Service Managers and Sales Managers as needed.
Who You Are:
- You are friendly and approachable and can leave a positive last impression to every customer regarding their overall service experience at the dealership
- You have a strong sense of urgency and can be prompt and efficient in handling requests by service team members
- You are professional and can maintain a consistent appearance that represents the Berlin City Auto Group in a professional manner
- You can work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety guidelines are being met
- You have a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
- You enjoy working with customers
- You have a favorable motor vehicle driving record along with keen navigation skills
- You are self-directed and able to work independently
- You have effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
- You are able to maintain efficiency and productivity on dispatched delivery schedules
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to operate both an automatic and manual transmission
- Valid Driver’s License and favorable motor vehicle record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
