Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Lead the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development, and maintenance of the company’s brand identity and positioning. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment with company values and vision.
- Market Research & Insights: Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior. Utilize data to optimize marketing efforts and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive strategies for both customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Spearhead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing, ensuring high performance and measurable ROI.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and sales teams to design go-to-market strategies for new product launches and promote existing offerings to target audiences.
- Team Development & Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Set clear objectives and deliver regular feedback to ensure continuous growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally as a CMO or VP of Marketing.
- Strong track record of creating and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid media.
- Experience with customer segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis.
