What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in the insurance industry. Whether you’re new to insurance or have some experience, we’re excited to help you develop your skills and achieve your goals!
What You’ll Do:
- Sales & Client Relationships: Receive new business leads and proactively generate new business opportunities in both personal and commercial lines of insurance by closing deals and building strong client relationships.
- Client Service: Foster long-term client relationships by cross-selling additional products, reviewing renewals, and providing expert guidance to ensure clients’ evolving insurance needs are met.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a fun, driven, and dedicated team that supports each other’s success
- Continuous Learning: Learn and grow in the insurance industry with access to training and ongoing professional development

What You Bring to the Table:
- A strong desire to succeed and help clients with their insurance needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Lack of insurance knowledge shouldnt scare you away, we're looking for the right people that are eager to learn regardless of their current knowledge.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- A commitment to obtaining an insurance license within the first 6 months of employment (if you don’t have one already)
- A commitment to in-office hours of 8 AM – 5 PM for the initial 6 months ( /-), with the potential to transition to a flexible work arrangement based on productivity and management's confidence in your ability to work independently.
