What are the responsibilities and job description for the IMPACT Ambassador - Internal Only position at Berlin Packaging LLC?
*This is an opportunity aimed at positively impacting the employee experience and providing support to New Berliners from day 1 and beyond. IMPACT Ambassadors can be located anywhere. This role can be facilitated virtually or in person, when possible.
Purpose:
Be counted on as a go-to, trusted consultant that personifies the Berlin culture and provides guidance to help New Berliners integrate quickly and successfully into the Berlin culture. This includes but is not limited to: being their confidant to help navigate their onboarding journey from a consultant perspective, helping to broaden their internal network, and close any gaps throughout their onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities of an IMPACT Ambassador:
- Check in regularly with your New Berliner.
- Review meeting standards with the New Berliner so they feel prepared.
- Empower the New Berliner and suggest learning and development opportunities.
- Be a good role model.
- Gain an understanding of what motivates the New Berliner.
- Celebrate achievements and be there for encouragement throughout the onboarding process.
- Share tips and tricks you find helpful in your day-to-day work.
- Review Berlin Values and the role to uphold the right side of the T-Chart. Explain Berlin’s responsibilities on the left side of the T-Chart.
- Discuss the New Berliner’s direct impact within their department.
- Exemplify our unique Anything Is Possible! culture.
- Introduce the New Berliner to other Berliners to help build their network.
- Invite New Berliner to supplier, customer, and other internal meetings or webinars (if appropriate and at the same location).

- 2 years’ experience at Berlin Packaging
- Manager approval required
