Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC, an expanding, full-service real estate law firm with six offices in the Southwest Florida area, is searching for a full-time Paralegal to work with its Sarasota litigation team in our Sampa office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of (recent) experience working in a law firm and be familiar with the EPortal, JAWS, and JACS, exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, be well versed in MS Office, and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating hearings, depositions, mediations, etc., preparing hearing and trial notebooks, organizing discovery, and other clerical and administrative tasks. As our team grows, there will be room for advancement into more legal assistant duties.
