What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager NJ/PA position at Berliner Seilfabrik Play Equipment Corporation?
Berliner is expanding direct representation into multiple markets
across the United States and we are looking for a talented sales
professional to join our team. In this role you will engage with
decision makers and influencers in the municipal, commercial and
specifier markets. Your goal is to provide play solutions for projects
of varying scale through the development of strong relationships
with these key players in your territory. We are looking for
candidates who are passionate about play, thrive in a fast-paced
environment and are excited about a job where you can literally
sell fun. Our most successful representatives have experience in
the recreation industry or have worked in some capacity in the
specifier market (architect and landscape architect).
Responsibilities & Duties
• Builds and nurtures client relationships
• Educates clients and key influencers on the
Berliner advantages
• Collaborates with sales coordinators and designers to create
compelling proposals
• Manages project pipeline from discovery meeting through
customer purchase
• Tracks projects in our CRM while providing key information on
project status
• Build an intimate understanding of our product offering and use
that knowledge to guide customers
• Support customer service as needed to resolve technical issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3–5 years sales experience
• Autonomous and able to work well on a team while working
remote
• Strong presentation skills in front of large groups
• Organized with time management and detail oriented, especially
when multi-tasking
• Able to learn sales software tools
• Comfortable with travel (20-30%)
• Good problem-solving skills and flexibility
• Able to establish credibility and ease in a consultative selling
environment
Salary : $70,000
