We are currently looking for an Office Administrator. Working with our owners, Office Manger and technicians in our beautifully renovated office, you will perform a host of company processes like manning and routing calls, billing management, issue resolution, customer relations and more. The ideal candidate is a positive, well spoken, self-starter who wants to make an impact. They will be process oriented and have strong organizational and prioritization skills. They will have excellent Microsoft Office and computer software skills (MAC platform preferred.) They must be able to thrive in a fluid and dynamic environment where change is a constant. 5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. Trade experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
