Job Description
Berman Auto Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee marketing across our Auto Group. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, enhance the customer experience, and grow our e-commerce presence.

Schedule: Monday–Friday; Hybrid (4 days on-site in Chicago, 1 day remote)
Pay: $80,000 annually year-end bonus

Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide strategic decisions
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing communications
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Analyze and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI and customer engagement
- Implement strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage online inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data and improve marketing and e-commerce performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Proficient in digital marketing and e-commerce tools and techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
