Job Title : Service Advisor
Schedule : Full Time; Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM; OFF Sat / Sun
Pay : Earn $100,000 a year! (Commission position)

Job Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service driveObtain customer and vehicle informationListen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needsDetermine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may haveComfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customerCoordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service ordersCollaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfactionQualifications
Must have Infiniti or highline Advisor experience within a dealershipStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDetail-oriented with the ability to accurately document service requests and recommendationsProficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software systemsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plusClean driving record and valid driver’s license (2 yr min)Must be willing to submit a background screeningAdditional Information
