Cosmetic Sales Consultant 

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to oversee all aspects of growing, managing, developing and representing Dermcare’s cosmetic services sales. Candidate will help oversee and serve as a teammate. Will coordinate and be a cosmetic expert for the Hair department and all overlapping procedure services provided at Dermcare.

Responsibilities: 

  • responsible for all aspects of growing, managing, developing and representing Dermcare’s Hair branch in Miami, Plantation and Aventura 
  • sell procedures, treatments and medical spa services ranging from several hundred dollars to over thousands to prospective patients through extensive phone conversations and live in-person consultations 
  • Ability to inform prospective patients on the benefit and risk, alternatives and side effects of various cosmetic services 
  • ocused on selling, through phone consultations, live & virtual consultations, email and phone follow-up and similar activities 
  • Partner with patients to provide resources and meet their needs for information, diagnostic and patient identification resources, and product-specific needs 
  • In the center, the CSC will spend “one-on-one” time with patients interested in cosmetic services, while out of center responsibilities will include meeting with targeted hair salons, 
  • Assist and coordinate healthcare professionals and patients from their initial inquiry process, device training, reimbursement, and follow-up where applicable. 
  • Strive to consistently achieve quarter-over-quarter cosmetic services sales growth in the specific centers, which results in exceeding sales expectations. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2-5 years of sales and/or sales management experience is required (cosmetic medical, plastic surgery, direct sales, or similar is a bonus. 
  • Must be confident and comfortable presenting prices ranging from several hundred dollars to over thousands of dollars 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. 
  • Develop deep knowledge of cosmetic procedures, especially hair transplant procedures, clinical research, local and regional market trends, product and competitor knowledge.

  • Excellent follow–up and organizational skills – an addiction to timely task completion without compromising quality is a must.

  • expert on all aspects of the female and male pattern alopecia (hair loss)

  • Anticipates future business opportunities, patient needs 
  • Innovation and creativity; ability to seek answers and find opportunities
