Job Description
The Cosmetic Consultant conducts consultations with prospective patients who have expressed an interest in dermatology cosmetic procedures. The Cosmetic Consultant will be responsible for promoting company services through client consultation, education and outreach and for meeting monthly revenue goals through inside and outbound sales/marketing activities. The consultant works closely with physicians by performing preliminary consultations to educate patients on dermatology cosmetic procedures. The chosen candidate will demonstrate an unwavering dedication to patient satisfaction. Must possess strong listening skills, excellent follow-up technique, and a proven track record in consumer sales and stable. Candidate must also have the ability to articulate technical and medical information clearly to non-medical clientele.

Wage Range - $22.00/hr to $36.00/hr DOE
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Conducts effective and informative client consultations in order to determine goals, educate patients, and set realistic expectations regarding possible results.
Ensure consistent delivery of an excellent patient experience
Implements strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and expand customer base
Interacts regularly with patients to ensure service/product satisfaction; responds quickly and appropriately to any concerns
Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrate ability to engage with patients.
- Detail oriented and with excellent communication skills.
- Provides guidance and acts as liaison between providers and patient.
- Manage consultation process and scheduling procedures.
- Must have a professional appearance.
- Participate in practice marketing.
- Collects procedure fees.
- Coordinates with clinical staff to get information for all patients.
- Documents and maintains all correspondence with patients
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- 3-5 years sales experience with a documented successful consultative consumer sales record
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience conducting one-on-one consultations/presentations
- Outstanding fundamental sales skills
