Position Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction and Customer Service:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents and guests at the gym and pool.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
- Access Control:
- Manage access to the gym and pool, ensuring only authorized individuals have entry.
- Assist with the set-up or denial of access based on established guidelines and procedures.
- Community Guidelines and Enforcement:
- Enforce community rules and regulations related to amenity use.
- Monitor and address any violations of the rules, escalating more significant issues as needed.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and guest interactions.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as directed.
- Schedule:
- Wednesday - Sunday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (40 Hours/Week)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a related field.
- Ability to understand and enforce community rules and regulations.
- Computer proficiency.
- Experience working with board and creating/managing budgets
