Job Summary:
As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties. You will be responsible for routine maintenance and supporting the facility management team in creating a positive experience for all residents, guests, and staff. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or activities in common areas.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness of property grounds and landscaping, including sweeping, vacuuming, and removing debris.
- Assist in minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing equipment, and reporting larger maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Monitor and restock supplies in common areas, ensuring the availability of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting residents and guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with any concerns.
- Support the facility management team with other tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
