Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and computer networking. This position manages the ERP System, network support, hardware support, and phone system. This is an onsite position.

Job Summary

This position manages the ERP System, works with 3rd Party Network Administrator, onsite troubleshooting, and maintain phone system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Epicor Kinetic ERP System

• Provide end user support for all Epicor Kinetic ERP modules.
• Development and Support:

*Kinetic Business Activity Queries (BAQs)/Dashboards

*Kinetic Customizations

*Kinetic Business Process Management (BPMs)

*SSRS reporting

*Application Studio

2. Miscellaneous Software Support

• Bartender Labeling
• Power BI
• Microsoft Office 365
• Solidworks
• Esprit EDM
• Miscellaneous

3. Power BI

• Ability to create graphs and charts

4. Network Support

• Work with 3rd Party Network Administrator to provide office/shop company wide network support in Microsoft and Cisco network environment.

5. End User/Hardware Support

• Provide office/shop company wide support for all computers/printers and users in Windows 10 environment.

6. Phone System

• Management of the Mitel PBX phone system along with Lumen fiber and wireless internet communication connections.

IV. Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP system.

• Customization experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP.
• Power BI development
• Must have minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience and a college degree with an understanding of effective network trouble shooting and computer hardware (servers, routers, and personal computers).
• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with people in all levels or the organization to assist personnel in understanding the most effective way to perform their job utilizing the latest computer technology/electronic tools.
• Must be willing and can work with shop and office users in respectful way and have a can-do attitude with whatever issue arises to find a solution.
• Must be willing to work with users and on computers in the production shop area.
• Must be willing to work non-business hours as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
