EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

SALARY EXPECTATIONS:

• Wages starting at $15.00/hour.

Job Duties

General Cleaning:

• Ensure that common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with room cleaning, including removing trash, vacuuming, and replacing linens.
• Report major maintenance issues to the appropriate department or technician.
• Regular sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to keep floors free of dust, dirt, and debris.
• Using appropriate cleaning solutions for different types of flooring (e.g., vinyl, hardwood, carpet).
• Implementing procedures to manage and minimize germs and bacteria, which is particularly important in environments with vulnerable populations.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional service to guests by addressing their requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist guests with any special needs or additional supplies they may require.

Supplies and Inventory:

• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and linens as needed. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are stored properly and in good condition.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including those related to cleaning products and procedures.
• Ensuring that floors are slip-resistant and promptly addressing any spills or hazards.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

• Able to lift 35 lbs.
