Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the supervisor in charge.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings.
- Comply with safety and infection control policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
