Job Summary
Bern's Steak House is a World-Renowned Restaurant looking for a professional meat cutter to receive, trim, cut, monitor and responsibly store dry aged and fresh meats. Will require use of a saw band, knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing equipment, shelves, coolers and work areas.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must lift 50-90 lbs in order to move meat from cooler to station
- Must stand for long periods of time
- Ability to communicate and stay calm under pressure
- Ensure Quality of all Products
- Maintain cleanliness of Station throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to work in an open kitchen with guest tours happening throughout the shift
