Job Description:
The Cook handles and stores raw materials, cooked food and non-food supplies, properly. orders, restocks, and maintains inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment. Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cook will prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist others and staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. The shifts vary and will be established by the Dietary Director.
