We are currently seeking a professional and reliable dietary cook
Dietary Cooks work alongside Dietary Managers to help prepare food for residents and staff. They often have responsibilities such as, preparing meals, snacks and beverages, serving meals, and enforcing safety measures, taking inventory of kitchen supplies, staying current in regard to state-specified rules and regulations, and reading detailed dietary orders.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience cooking in a long term care environment
- Great time management and food prep skills
- Ability to supervise a staff of 3 to 4 people per shift.
- Must take pride in your meal quality and presentation.
