Job Title: Eye Care Marketing & Communications Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

The Eye Care Marketing and Communications team is seeking a contractor to support in the following areas:

• Reporting and Analytics: Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Presentation Development: Build PowerPoint slides and create presentations as needed.
• Asset Management: Maintain monthly updates of the creative digital toolkit for various brands.
• Writing Support: Assist with email and newsletter content creation, ensuring attention to detail across different brands and doctor affiliations.
• Graphic Design & Video Support: Provide basic design and video assistance using creative platforms and applications.
• Podcast Support: Assist with the development and production of an eye care podcast, including content preparation and production needs.
• Meeting Notes and Follow-Ups: Take detailed notes during meetings and manage follow-ups effectively.

Requirements:

• Hybrid Work: Onsite at least 2 days per week (flexible days).
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Marketing & Communications: Interest and experience in both fields are essential.
• Industry Alignment: Understanding of the eye care space

Key Focus Areas:

• Analytics and Reporting: Manage analytics and quarterly business review reporting as a core project.
• Communication Support: Support marketing and communication efforts tailored to eye care professionals and retail optical brands.
