Position: Administrative Support – Client Services
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite in Mason Office, 4000 Luxottica Pl, Mason, OH 45040)

General Function
This role involves fixing Excel membership files, setting up Group Portal clients, and preparing email transition letters while maintaining a significant level of interaction with external customers. Responsibilities also include routine and advanced administrative support, as well as project/process management. The ideal candidate will be a team player, demonstrate high-level performance, and maintain confidentiality and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Client Service Team, including creating client presentations, coordinating client visits, and supporting industry events/conferences.
- Handle routine correspondence, travel arrangements, calendar maintenance, meeting organization, special event coordination, and phone calls.
- Research data, prepare responses, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Develop, generate, and update routine and non-routine reports (e.g., renewal status reports) to assist management decision-making.
- Manage and update records and files.
- Perform special projects as requested by management.
- Ensure the confidentiality of privileged information.
- Personally respond to office procedure-related requests and determine which to escalate.
- Review outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and authorization compliance.
- Develop and maintain non-routine reports as required.
