What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Equipment Operator position at Bernatello's Pizza, Inc?
Key Benefits:
- Hourly Range starting at $22.00

- Shift Hours: 3:55pm - 2:00am
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines in a safe manner
- Ensure machine is operating efficiently as possible
- Troubleshoot machinery as necessary to minimize downtime
- Manage changeover process for assigned area
- Perform basic maintenance duties on machinery
- Properly document and dispose of all garbage, food waste, and recycling through the shift
- Complete all required paperwork legibly, accurately and in a timely manner
- Work together as a team and cooperate with other employees
- Follow all GMP, SOP, HACCP and SQF rules
- Monitor product for quality defects
- Maintain a clean work area
- Follow all safety policiies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand verbal and written English instructions
- Attention to detail
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work with pork, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs
