What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory and Production Control Specialist position at Bernatello's Pizza, Inc?
Key Benefits:
- Hourly Range: $22-$27/hourly

- $1,000 Referral Bonus
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner.
- Trains and coaches employees on inventory reconciliations.
- Reconciles physical inventory counts to the ERP System balances.
- Researches, identifies, and resolves inventory discrepancies.
- Compiles and maintains inventory reports by period and communicate them to management.
- Maintains cycle count program for assigned facility.
- Works with Shipping/Receiving department to ensure suppliers are sending the proper paperwork with accurate inventory information.
- Receives Purchase Orders for raw materials.
- Posts Production Orders for finished goods.
- Reconciles the raw material used per day.
- Maintains Item Master for their assigned location.
- Maintains Bill of Materials on items for their assigned location.
- Reviews transfers of inventory at their assigned location and outside warehouses.
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional analytical skills. Demonstrates the ability to research, analyze and resolve inventory issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Microsoft NAV experience desired.
Experience Required:
- 2 years of inventory control experience while using ERP/Inventory Software systems.
- Inventory and cycle counting management experience in manufacturing desired.
