What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandiser position at Bernatello's?
Key Benefits:
- Starting Wage: $15.00/hr
- $1,000 refferal bonus
Responsibilities:
- Maintains product in shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs
- Transports product between backroom and display floor manually or with equipment provided (for example, pallet jack, dolly) utilizing hand tools; replenishing, facing, and rotating product; building, changing, and taking down product displays
- Maintains product signage and cleaning product space.
- Manages backroom by organizing and consolidating product backstock
- Identifies, monitors, and reports backstock inventory levels
- Re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (for example, pallets, product shelves)
- Completes necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Maintain a vaild drivers license
