Responsibilities:
- Line Production
- Set up/tear down machine
- Troubleshoot machine as necessary
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of machine
- Rotate between machines as position or SOP requires
- Assist with preventative maintenance (PM) on machines.
- Coaches employees on proper procedures to safely make a quality product
- Maintain a clean work space
- Quality/Food Safety
- Follow all GMP, HACCP, SQF, and other regulatory requirements
- Inspect raw materials
- Maintain a quality product
- Complete paperwork legibly and accurately in a timely manner
- Ensures the proper ingredients and amounts are used for each product

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to understand written or spoken English instructions
- Ability to work with pork, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
