What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead - 3rd Shift position at Bernatello's?
Key Benefits:
- Hourly Starting Wage: $26, includes shift differential

Responsibilities:
- Train employees on all aspects of the warehouse
- Work collaboratively with department leads on manners within the plant
- Serve as the main trainer for new and current warehouse associates
- Ensure that all warehouse associates have the tools and understanding to succeed in their positions
- Coach associates in the warehouse on performance, work with management if discipline is necessary
- Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor during performance review process
- Address any associate conflicts, complaints or concerns within a timely manner, involving management and or/HR as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Attention to detial and high sense of urgency.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge with microsoft office systems.
